PET/CT 检查目的：B超发现胰尾占位；增强CT: 胰尾Ca 伴肝转移； CA125, CEA 升高。

PET/CT combo scan prescribed after Ultrasound revealed space-occupying lesion at the tail of the pancreas, and Constrasted CT scan indicated pancreatic tumor with hepatic metastasis. CA125 and CEA both elevated.

PET/CT 检查所见：PET/CT findings

胰尾不规则软组织肿块影，大小约为 2。9 x 2。9 cm, 密度欠均匀，周围脂肪间隙密度模糊；放射性摄取增高，最大SUV 7.6

Irregular-shape soft tissue mass of approximately 29mmX29mm, lacking uniform density, with unclear sorrounding fatty tissue interval; increased uptake of F-18 isotope, with highest SUV at 7.6

肝V 段稍低密度灶，边界不清；放射性摄取增高，最大SUV 6。1。肝右叶下缘 V1 边界欠清的放射性增高灶，最大SUV 5。3。另见肝多发水样低密度灶，放射性摄取缺损。

Hepatic section V yielded slightly-low-density lesion with ill-defined border; with increased F-18 uptake, highest SUV being 5.3.  In addition, multiple hepatic watery (liquid-filled) low-density lesions were seen, however, without increased radioisotope uptake. 

诊断意见：Diagnostic impressions

1。胰尾不规则形软组织肿块，代谢活性增高，考虑胰腺癌

Pancreas tail irregular soft tissue mass, elevated metabolic rate, suggesting pancreatic cancer

2。肝V 段边界不清的稍低密度灶，代谢活性增高，考虑转移

Hepatic section V slightly-lower-density lesion with ill-defined border and increased glucose metatolism, suggesting metastasis

3。肝右叶下缘 V1 段边界欠清的代谢活性增高灶，转移不除外

Lower right liver lobe section V1 lesions with ille-defined border and elevated glucose metabolism, suggesting not to rule out metastasis
