不知道你说的高血压/肾功能不全有多严重,医生和营养师是如何建议的?只能让你先读一读下面这几个链接(一般概念):

控制高血压一般是low sodium/low fat heart healthy diet.如果现在的肾功能状况不好,医生可能会建议renal diet,最典型的限制是:2gram sodium,2gram potassium diet.如果很严重时,有时还会加上进水限制:1000ml or 1200ml fluid restriction.
