小结: 差不多 barley多一些carb,oat多一些protein; oat比barley好吃(个人经验) barley比oat有更好的 Omega3/Omega6比例 反正都很便宜,试着看喜欢那个. 果糖少吃为妙,包括蜂蜜. 下面是USDA的database的资料: ------ Oat:
