Short sale seller need rent back two weeks,请问有什么要注意的和可能的麻烦么？

Short sale 本来等了几个月就火大，４月份下offer时真的是个big deal,可是市场还再降，现在也不觉得有多好了。

上周seller说 need rent back two weeks,请问有什么要注意的和可能的麻烦么？

房子１０月２４号就转到我的title了。

我的要求是，理解他们一家５口失去房子，再找公寓的麻烦，可是因为１０月２４号到１１月８号期间是我付mortgage,property tax, instrance etc. 我提三个要求

１。seller付上面的费用，用casher check or money order在转title前付给我

２。签署租借合同，特别强调这两周期间的liability，人员安全，搬迁安全等一切责任他们自负

３。因为上周已经做了finial walk through，我要求他们两周后搬走再做一次，如果比inspection有额外损坏，我有权walk away.

请问版上大侠，还有什么要注意的么？
