I think my symptom is exactly what qiuqiu04 stated:

因为心功能的突然下降引起了血循环动力学的改变.

Since every time when it happens, I feel very weak and my heart rate and blood pressure go up.

Can you tell me how to treat such problem? what kind of test should I ask my Dr to do?

I can't drive now and have a hard time to take care of kids when the symptom happens. Life is miserable for me now.
