请心脏专科的大侠询问 － 多谢！

朋友55岁，医生都热爱运动。最近感觉疲倦，测试了心律，有不规则心跳。进来一段时间resting heart rate is at low 30s per minute. 问题是不规则心跳让人非常担忧。

医生建议用holter monitor 跟踪记录了48小时，心律最低点为24 beats/ per minute， 最高为102/per minute. 

这个一起我们的担忧。 请问，这样的情况会有生命危险吗？在网上看到一些文章，可能需要implanting pacemaker. 如果那样，会有什么不良负作用吗？还有就是那个上次用的holter monitor was pretty old, worn out, how accurate the reading could be?
