Depending on when diagnosed,

Prussian Blue:

Acute poisoning: 3 g PO/NG STAT; followed by 250 mg/kg/d divided qid
Chronic poisoning: 250 mg/kg/d PO divided qid

Pediatric

<2 years: Not established
2-12 years: 1 g PO tid
Continuation of therapy may be based on urinary thallium concentration (eg, until urinary thallium elimination is <0.5 mg/d)
>12 years: Administer as in adults
