need good advise

i have had stomach problem on and off for 4 years.not much pain, just upsetting and tightness on left side. i had 3 up and 2 low scopy , 5 ultrasound, 1 ct in 4 years. all came out nomal.lots blood test are nomal.i try exercise a lot and eat health, but it not much improve. i have fatigue  almost everyday since this year.my wife blames everything on my head.she think it is anxity caused.so no matter how sick i feel, i can't complain, otherwise she will get mad. my marrige fall apart.i ask for helping to find out exactly what is wrong with me.many thanks.
