As a physician, we believe the first thing is to do no harm. I know you are not one of them but at least know your limit. BTW, this is not the first time in your posts. Usually nobody cares, but when there is something potentially harmful to others, someone has to say something about it.
Medical transcriptionist is a dying, at a fast pace, profession because of better and better voice recognition techniques. Plus, it requires less than 24 hrs, sometimes < 12 hrs turn around time, even at night. So it is not an ideal job for ladies with a family.
And I can understand that you are VERY proud of your doctor 李时珍, but please take it easy -- don't over do it. Just for some reality check, medical oncology is not that a big deal at all in medical subspecialties. You can't cure anything except some lymphoma and GU tumors without surgical/radiation help. You always deliver bad news to your patient which sucks like hell. You look at your patient's eye knowing you can't help them much but you make a living out of them. You pretty much just a coordinator with 5 or 6 medications to use, juggling among surgeons, radiology, radiation oncology, nursing home, hospice care, etc.
Sorry about it. But people generally will leave you alone as long as you are not misleading the crowds. :)
