usually these people read a few book or went to some RE camp from some of these RE guru, try to find properties that owner in distress position need to get out, they want to do a lease to own or a more official name is option to purchase, try to make a few bucks off you...
watch out, if you not experienced in this field, walk away.
haha, I had read it, seen it, dealt with it in almost any form of real estate scams...
I am 100% sure this is phishing...
