If Doctors and Nurses charging $200 while cusing more pain to pa

they do not deserve that charge.  They deserve to be sued.

Two years ago, my son broke his arm.  The 1st doctor (white) we went to did not do anything (just looking x-ray) for nearly a week to let the bone heal in an angle that was more than 15 degree.  After two visits, I found another doctor.  The 2nd doctor (asian, with last name Li) arragned surgical correction the following day.  The 2nd doctor had to break partially regrown bone and relign the angle.  My son had suffer extra week of pain.

What do you think we should do with the 1st doctor?  Does he deserve $200 and above charge?
