I don't know about the particular drug you are asking, but here are some general rules I know -

Sold in USA: good quality but likely more expensive than in China. Also, will your doctor risk jail time to write you the xcript?

Sold in Canada over internet: probably made in China or Russia, quality maybe good maybe not

Made in India, sold in China: much cheaper, and quality if generally good

Made in China sold in China: that Hangzhou professor in the news this week has got very good reputation with his product quality, but good luck in finding him and his shop since he might be staying in jail for some time
