I used to be like you with lots of gas. It got so bad that I burped all day long. I tried all kinds of ways and nothing seemed to work.
One day I read in TIME Dr'OZ's advice on taking calcium. I started to take calcium citrate (630 mg) with magnesium (250 mg) twice per day. The purpose of taking caucium was for my bone benefit. However, after a week, my stomach gas was gone. Now I have no problem with gas anymore.
I would recommeded you ta try it. You have to take Mg with Ca to avoid constipation.
