哭求帮助-CHEST X RAY REPORT,是不是很严重

刚刚LG收到了CHEST X RAY REPORT.

An irregular nodular opacity is seen over the pper pole the right hilum laterally. Given the patient's history the appearance is concerning for a pulmonary nodule or mass. CT correlation is recommended. The reaminder the chest is clear. No vascular congestion or pleural fluid.

Note is also made of slight widening of the right peritracheal area.

IMPRESSION:Irregular nodule density over the pper ple the right hilum. Widening of the right peritracheal area. CT correlation is recommended.

最近LD三个月来体重下降了5-6LB,然后有烧心的症状,老是清嗓,但是没有咳嗽.三个月前曾经在痰中发现了血丝,但是后来就没有发现过了.
