the causes are way too many but briefly speaking i believe it should be "energy overdraw".
our energy is like bank, we withdraw and also make deposit. we "make deposit" by eating good food and sleeping well. these 2 major things were what i failed to do since very early time of my life. so now i am basicly suffer the consequence of that, runing out of "money", even in huge debt! thus it causes all problems such as symptoms like heart diseases, diabetes, hypothyroidism, gastric and pulmonary diseases, etc.. and by all those time consuming check over, i have none of those diseases.
