There is no magic bullets for your problem...

I would suggest you to treat yourself with nutritions.
1. Omega 3, especially DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid), your brain need it.
2. Drink a protein shake for breakfast. Many people are deficient in various amino acids that the body uses as neurotransmitters. Deficiencies of neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine cause a breakdown in cellular communication, resulting in mood changes and depressions.
3. Take good multi-vitamin/mineral complex.
