Here are the two things that work for me:
1. Flex seed. 2 tablespoon. Have to be freshly ground before use. Add to yoguart or oatmeal. It may cause bloating.
2. Eat 5 黑棗乾(加州梅) first thing in the morning, coupled with 2 glasses of water. Works the best.
