Your mom is 70 and she has her circulation condition on her leg. This is not for chinese medicine. If she have some infection in case, she might lost her leg, even life. In US, if we have the patient like your mom's condition, it is emergency to find out the diagnosis.
High risk patient factor: age > 70, cardiovascular condition with leg circulation sufficient condition.
