I read these three books. some part is good, some part is so so and some part is misleading. if you are luck, your medical condition follow the good part- suggestion. if you not so luck, you will be mislead. That is too bad. As you know, now time, the medicine makes people live longer and health.Don't you think so?
Most of us believe: there is no 100% right. Let us take care of our body ..in happy and smart way.
