Most of time, it is better to go doctor's office/clini - you have your private doctor.
If you go to hospital, you may get different doctor everytime. you do not have your private doctor.

If you have no insurance and if you do not want pay by your own, go to the hospital. they will help you to obtain goverment support.

If you have your own insurance or you can pay for your care, go to a doctor's office/clinic.

Please remember: if you go to the hospital and find a very good doctor, then you want to go the doctor's office - the doctor have to see you in the hospital, not in his/her office.
