这是一种常见病，我的治疗经验（二）

医生为我设计的第一个治疗方案是吃止痛片，布洛芬之类的东西。止痛片有消除炎症的作用。
我吃了一个多月，吃的时候还好，一停药立刻就疼了起来。而且我的胃也不太好，吃止痛片让胃病加重。所以只好再去看那位脚科专家。
他开始了第二个治疗方案：用一种特殊的塑料给我做了一个脚套，睡觉的时候带上，这样睡觉的时候脚和腿的角度就也成了90度。
从理论上说，这可能有道理，但是我试了两个星期，症状丝毫不见减轻，而且直接影响了睡眠质量。
