tirgger thumb is one on commone diease for hand. if you had one year relief from the injection, why not have another injection.

As you know, the injection is one of the method for medication. if you do not want the needle, you can take some medication pill ( but side effets more).

you have to know, Hand surgery is not 100% success. BE CAREFULL! no way back.

I am sure if you want the surgery, the surgone would be happy to do it.

I saw not a few chinese rushed to surgery with not good result in US.
