I really enjoyed reading your article - both educational and enterterning. You told a great story!

Same as you, I am also 体质属于虚寒类型，容易气滞血淤，得相关类型的疾病 such as 便秘 and IBS.

It would be very nice if you can share the book 求医不如求己》and your 气功练习笔记.
