Anything is not fresh could give me diarrea. But it went away quickly. So I never took any medication.
I had colonscopy and came back it was normal.
My symptom is gas, bloating and discomfort.
Recently I took acidophilus. I have gained weight and the symptom is much better.

But I don't know if it is safe to use it permanently.
