急问：会是卵巢癌吗？40岁，女儿3岁，两周前开始腰很疼，有时疼得都

直不起来。最近两天发现左腹股沟淋巴很疼，而且下后背左边明显疼过右边， 但没有发烧症状。两年前也出现过同样症状，照ultra sound 后医生说没事。父亲是因为肺癌多年前去世。半年前有亲人癌症去世打击非常的大。 决定星期一就去看医生并要求做ultra sound.想先在这里咨询一下，请大家（医生还有得过此病的姐妹们）给个建议。

即使是卵巢癌，我也会很positive接受的，因为女儿太小，我没有退路，只是希望是可治疗的。 谢谢
