阿胶固元膏的美容效果

I have been taking the 阿胶固元膏 (made by following instructions in the book) for a week. My skin is much smoother, radiant with nice color, which was never the case for me before. So I think this claim is true:
长年吃固元膏对女士有非常好的美容效果，头发乌黑，有光泽，有弹性，面部无斑，皱纹少，而且补血效果好，可以减缓衰老.
