怎样deal with 这样的 老板？

我的上司平日对我的工作不管不问，凡事只喜欢好消息，遇到问题她就不耐烦，摆臭脸。不过她对我工作范围内的事情真的懂的很少。从我去年年底开始的第一天起，按照要求我每一封email 都cc她，我们的作业方式是我发现问题汇报她，然后她再去通知其他部门的需要知道的人做好准备。前两个星期以来有个悬而未决的问题，我不但每个ｅｍａｉｌ　都　ｃｃ她，并且还不止一次的告诉她处理的进度，有一次我告诉她进度的时候，她居然不知道我在讲什么，我把ｂａｃｋｇｒｏｕｎｄ从新叙述了一遍，她才想起来，几天时间而已。今天下午还是因为这件事情，大概是其他部门的人抱怨我老板没有及时通知他们，她就到我这里告诉我说，不管怎样怎样，一定要及时让她知道，不然后果如何如何的严重。我听得都愣住了，我恨不得无时无刻提醒她，事情的每一个进度每一点可能有的难题以及我们可以采取的对策我都有告诉她，相反是她有的时候不愿意听。除了口头上的，我还阶段性的主动给她ｅｍａｉｌ一个简短的阶段突出问题报告，我不知道自己还可以怎样让她知道。今天当她的面，我没有好直接反驳，毕竟她是我上司，当时还有其他人在场，我如果据理力争她会很难堪。我真的很为难，我该怎样对付这样的上司呢？另外，我在自己的工作范围内还比较有经验，上任以来清理了很多问题，简化了很多方式，省了不少钱和时间，我的上司有时也这么说。但有很多的时候，我发现她根本不ａｐｐｒｅｃｉａｔｅ我的ｈａｒｄ　ｗｏｒｋ。工作的难题都让我一个人来担，她有了失误却来责备我。今天真的觉得憋屈得不得了。恳求大家给点建议
