It is just obvious that you've got problem with power structure there, if you don't need your boss and the power structure there, you have no problem -- you just fine, you can just go anywhere and continue your whatever hard work there. If you do need them but they don't need you? -- you have no problem either, they're going to get rid of you anyway no matter what. You need them and they need you too? Then the opportunity for improvement does exist, and I do see that you have tons of problems to get things go smoothly: from attitude to communication skills, but I'm not sure whether you can really learn.

If what you want is just about how to fight your boss? You don't need any advice, just go fight! Just that simple! How about tomorrow morning you just go and bite your boss? That's totally fine! You don't lose anything more than losing your job plus getting arrested with a criminal charge, if you're fine with it, you can do it, you have no problem at all.
