In China, you can try to detect CEA (Carcinoembryonic Antigen) which can elevate in colon cancer, but also can elevate in other cancers too, so in USA, docotors don;t use it to screen colon cancer, they do directly colonoscopy instead

first check stool, if any blood in the stool, any white blood cells.
