胸部有热感 - 钡餐检查未见异常。 怎么回事呢？Thanks!
胸部有热感，大约每日一次，每次持续2秒，这种情况已经近一月
04年曾因甲状腺癌作手术两次，I131化疗一次，后服用甲状腺素175MG，现体重72公斤，身高1.78M, TSH<0.1
作心电图检查，未见异常。
前日做钡餐Upper GI， 好象没事，报告具体如下：
Surgical clips region of the neck, consistent with history of previous thyroid surgery. Barium contrast readily clears the hypopharynx, cervical esophagus without constriction. No filling defects. No contrast retention upper esophagus. Thoracic esophagus distends unremarkable. Mucosal intact. No hiatal hernia. No spasm.
Gastric outline, mucosa negative. Bulb, sweep and small bowel imaged and unremarkable.
Negative double contrast upper GI with attention to the cervical and thoracic esophagus.
