请教关于子宫内膜息肉

B超查出有子宫内膜息肉，有2CM大了，另外子宫内膜偏厚。月经一直正常。国内医生建议摘除息肉，加拿大医生说如果没有不适症状，可以暂时不管，过半年再复查。因为息肉比较大，我也拿不定主意要不要摘除。另外还没生过孩子，不知道怀孕前是否还是摘掉比较好一些。请有经验的朋友指点，谢谢了！
