我是脑瘤或是高血压？

每天有些头痛头胀， 眼看不清东西，感到眼压。48岁，女性， 血压 130/85 以上。家族无高血压。

眼科医生说是视力衰退。

爸爸和妹妹因脑瘤去世。

核磁共振副作用很大吗？
