I think it is caused by clot formation within the stent which is not uncommon. Also possible caused by stunning of the myocardium/heart muscle as a result of the procedure/reperfusion injure, which can slowly recover. I guess she can not go through another coronary angiogram. If the hospital has 64-slice multidetector CT, then a non-invassive CT-angiogram of coronary arteries can be done to look at the coronary arteries again.
