Don't know much info about the surgery. Also, like I posted in an answer to another post here, I don't know how much I trust that Ib期 staging. But, I would follow up with PET/CT. If it is completely resected, then 请问复发可能性is small (extremely rare to have multiple primary lung cancers). I guess you or anybodyelse are talking about metastasis. So PET/CT is the way to go.
