You are talking about a knee MRI report from 北大三院. From your post it reads: Left knee medial and lateral meniscus degeneration or degenerative changes but no tear. Abnormal increased T2 signal in medial femoral chondyle. Diagnosis is erossive osteochondritis.
Does not know how severe it is so treatment is widely different from conservative to chondral implant.

If money is not a problem, call up Baltimore Raven's, Chicago Bears, the new NFL champion team Colt's etc., and ask for their team sports medicine/Orthpodics MDs. These guys are the best!
