Findings: The degenerative disc disease in the lumbar spine. there is pseudospondylolisthesis grade 1 L3 with L3 forward on L4 by approximately 5 mm. Osteophytes anteriorly at L4-L5 and L5-S1. Facet joint disease present.

Prominent Osteophyte laterally on the left at L2-L3. Narrowing of the disc spaces L3-L4 L4-L5 and L5-S1.
