Diet on your mental health - exercise it!

Diet, once I see the word, naturally it leads me to physical fittness. Staying in shape physically, is SO SO critial to women and would never be abandoned by us. Neither would men, would they?

Many of us keep a diet and exercise our bodies to stay fit, but we tend to ignore the fact that our brains need the same thing!

Just as the body changes with age, so does the mind. I am finding that I just don’t seem to be "on top" of things as I used to be. Maybe I am more forgetful or perhaps I just seem to be misplacing things a lot. Or possibly I just need more time to complete mental tasks. Whatever changes I am noticing, I can probably put it down to the fact that my brain is aging.

It is cruel, isn't it?
Nope, it is a fact and it is nature.

There are plenty of ways to stay in shape physically. I assume it also applies to staying in shape mentally, of course, excluding cosmetic surgery. :-)

Currently, I could think to do, for the two principles of exercising my brain -- variety and curiosity, are
1. Use brain frenquently
2. Improve mental health
3. A balanced diet for both body and mind
4. Reduce stress
5. Absorbe fresh air and sunshine as much as I can
6. Exercise body for spirits
