In My lung's CT scan result， my liver and kedney are very bad?

There is fatty infiltration of the liver. Perfusion defect is identified. The visualized portions of the spleen, pancreas, bilateral adrenal glands, and upper to mid pole of the right kidney are unremarkable. A small low density is seen in the upper pole of the left kidney and it stable.
