Translation

Examination of the pelvic organs revealed prominent ovaries bilaterally with
multiple follicular cysts。In the left ovary, a hypointense round lesion
is seen measuring 1.2cm. It appears benign。

Note that there was a small amount of fluid in the cul-de-sac and surrounding
the uterus particularly from the left side. This is probably physiological
but again if there is any clinical doubt and endovaginal ultrasound could
be done for further evalution.
