I am sure the standard screening step, in this case, today, in US hospitals or any major medical centers in the world, including China, is a cardiac CT angiogram which is a non-invasive exam. It can tell if there is coronary artery stenosis, the ejection fraction (function) of LV, and gives you the coronary artery calcium score. It is THE cutting edge exam of choice. Yes, you need a 64 slice CT scanner (or 16 slicer?).
---------最基本的standard care protocol。
