1. Your child has seasonal allergies. He is allergic to tree pollens, and weed pollens (these I can be almost sure about). He may also be allergic to grass pollens.
2. The issue/problem with fresh fruit is called "oral allergy syndrome". Please google this term for more info. Many tree and ragweed pollen allergies cause oral allergy syndrome because there are cross reactions between a tree/weed pollen antigen and an antigen in a fruit.
3. If you have HMO (I assume you are in USA), have your pediatrician refer your son to an allergist. If you have PPO, you do not need a referral. Then, find an allergist from your insurance website (near where you live) or ask around (via word of mouth route).
