Based on the information provided on the web site, it seems that nowdays paint is much safer compared to old day's paint which contained lead. It seems that occasional exposure does not cause much harm to a baby.

Talk with your Ob. to see what he or she will say. Before seeing your Ob., just relax yourself and try to avoid paint as much as you can..
