We do not know for sure what genetic disease he is having and we are assuming it is a sex-linked (X-linked) genetic disease rather than autosomal disease. Now the transmission patterns of this single gene defects by Mendelian tells us that almost all X link disorders are recessive. So if the mom is normal and assume dad carries the gene and has dominant penertration (劳工手背上有点状白斑), then your hu*****and will not transmit the disease but all your daughter(s) will carry the gene because one of the the X chromosome is from him and the other one from you. So your daughter only has one abnormal gene which is recessive, showing no disease. But your daughter's son(s) will have 1 out of 2 chances of having the disease -------- that is why you hu*****and can have this "disease".
Hope that helps.
