The liver contour is not smooth with grossly normal lobar configurations. There is an large area of low attenuation in posterior inferior segment of the right liver lobe which demonstrate heterogeneous enhancement on post contrast arterial and venous phases. It is low attenuation in steady state phase. A small round low attenuation lesion in left lobe seen showing mild enhancement. Hepatic hilum structures normal. No bile duct dilatation. Small gallbladder without abnormal densities. Pancreas is normal without pancreatic ductal dilatation. No splenomagely. Both kidneys show no abnormality. No renal collecting system dilatation. Stomach normal. No retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.
Liver mass (space occupying lesion).
