defination of calculating estimated grstational age, if you are pregnant. However, you need an ultrasound exam (if you have a PMD, s/he will automatically order it) for 2 purposes -- dating the pregnancy and make sure there is no ectopic pregnancy. September 2nd bleeding could be just implantation bleed, normal.
