Here are my 2 cents:
1. "吃了六个月的药,被告知已经全好了" -- Do not know based on what to stop the medication. You need to be certain what do you mean by saying 腹部TB. If it is interstinal/colon TB (infected by swallowing TB containing sputum), then you do not have to warry too much about tubal obstruction. If 腹部TB is mesentary TB, then most organs inside the abdmen/pelvis will be affected. Then you warry about tubal obstruction.
2. To evaluate tubal obstruction, you can do hysterosalpinogram, injecting x-ray dye through uterine cavity to look at the tubes on both side. If only one side is blocked, you can still have children, but be on the look out for ectopic pregnancy.
