求助!治疗先天性心脏缺损

My friend's daughter, born in March 2005, was diagnosed to have Tetralogy of
Fallot, one of the most complicated congenital heart disease shortly after her birth. There're also some other complications in her body.

She had an open heart surgery in Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in early July. However, it turned out to be not quite successful. Her condition is even worse than before the surgery. The doctors said that they have not given up on her. Neither have her parents. She was discharged from hospital last week. The doctor will try another operation on her once she's recovered from the first one, hopefully in three to six months.

My friend is also seeking advices of alternative treatment, including Chinese medicines. If you happen to have any information/contacts regarding this issue, please kindly share it with us. Your help will be highly appreciated.
