乳腺癌初期癌细胞切除后，需要化疗吗

国内亲戚最近体检查出乳腺癌初期，做了手术将癌细胞切除了。但是手术后做了个什么乳腺癌基因检测，说她的复发分数较高，建议做化疗。哪位懂行的能不能帮忙看看？先谢了。
