左侧肋骨压痛会是癌症吗？走路什么的没感觉，跑步觉得拉扯痛。

睡觉时候没感觉，翻身觉得痛。手压上去觉得痛。拍了x光看不太清楚，说可能有钙化灶。约了专科医生。心里很担心。
