I think the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN)  can help you find some clinical trials. You can directly call them. They have a phone number on their website. In a clinical trial, a patient gets either a routine treatment or a new treatment. For doctors, the purpose of a clinical trial is usually to find a better treatment.
